People often approach me with questions about their health.
Sometimes they come because of a specific condition.
Many times, they simply want to stay healthy and make better choices.
But what I hear most often is not pain.
It's frustration and confusion.
We're living in the information age.
Every day, we're exposed to new studies, opinions, recommendations, warnings, trends, and contradictions.
Eat this.
Don't eat that.
Exercise more.
Exercise less.
Take supplements.
Avoid supplements.
We are being bombarded with information.
And somewhere along the way, many of us stopped listening to ourselves.
Every person carries a smartphone.
Many wear a smartwatch that monitors their heart rate, sleep, stress levels, and activity.
Many people stopped listening to their heart and body.
Sometimes, quite literally.
To clear away some of this noise, I like to step back and look at a much bigger picture.
The human body did not suddenly appear in the modern world.
It was shaped over millions of years of evolution in close relationship with movement, sunlight, nature,
community, challenge, recovery, hunger, abundance, and rest.
Our ancestors certainly experienced illness and hardship.
But they lived much closer to the conditions for which the human body was designed.
Our modern environment pulled us away from those natural conditions.
And over time, we began accepting that state as normal.
And perhaps that is why so many people feel disconnected.
Have you ever wondered why you sometimes know something is bad for you... and still do it?
(and we all do that)
Or how come some of us have a "Midas touch" for something, while others don't?
Our actions and their results, are the tip of an inner iceberg.
The driver of these, is obviously our thoughts, and our thinking patterns.
But there's an even deeper layer beneath our thoughts - this is our
It is the most fundamental layer which determines who you are, what are your directions and preferences in life.
This deeper layer shapes your state of mind — and everything that follows.
The state of being is the most powerful director in the scene of our life.
It determines everything - how and why we do everything.
Yet, it is also the least understood or clear.
Once health becomes part of who you are, you no longer need to fight yourself every day.
Your default is an excellent health state.
This comes much before any reading, listening, or consulting.
When you adopt health as a state of being, it directs every thought, choice, preference, plan and action you take throughout your day.
It may sound demanding — but here's the real magic. A state of being works effortlessly.
When health begins leading from within, making healthy choices becomes natural.
It comes with ease, with less struggle.
Less self-blame.
Less inner conflict.
One doesn't wake up every morning asking themselves,
"Will today be a healthy day?"
Health has become part of who they are.
Their choices simply reflect the person they have become.
They live from that place.
When health truly becomes part of who you are,
a natural question arises...
If you asked people around you "who is responsible for your health?",
most will provide a seemingly obvious answer:
"Me, of course."
Yet if we honestly look at the way most of us actually behave...
a different picture emerges. Subtle, perhaps somewhat hidden, but different.
Gradually, without even noticing it, many of us have handed over the leadership of our health.
And yet...
No matter how knowledgeable someone else may be...
They cannot live inside your body.
They cannot feel what you feel.
They cannot make your daily choices.
They cannot live your life.
Organizations can guide,
doctors can advise,
research can inform,
and media can report,
but ultimately...
At this point, you may be wondering...
"Wait, if this is so, why don't I experience optimal health?"
"And even if I take this to be the truth, how do I know what I should do?"
Imagine walking on a field trip in a beautiful landscape.
You plan a long circular route.
The weather is nice and the view is spectacular.
You walk along a stream, watch birds and butterflies.
Everything is calm and serene.
Somewhere along the trail you twist your ankle.
It hurts.
You sit for a while, then bandage it and continue the walk.
When you return home, a friend asks you "Well, how was it?"
What would be your recollection? The fall? or the entire journey, with all of its goodness?
Total health is not defined by isolated moments.
It is defined by the overall state in which you live, and by your body's ability to quickly and naturally return to balance.
Total health is not defined by isolated moments.
It is defined by the overall state in which you live, and by your body's ability to continually return to balance.
Dr. Ben Shomer
Our body is constantly moving in and out of balance.
The remarkable thing is that it also knows how to find its way back.
Total health begins when we learn to support that process instead of constantly working against it.
When one maintains total health as a state of being, they certainly may be challenged by a medical condition, but:
As for that last statement, it's important to realize, this is not burying one's head in the sand, pretending there's no challenge. It's rather the framework through which you see yourself and your body.
This is not about denying reality.
It is about refusing to define yourself by a temporary condition.
Just like this field trip I mentioned.
When you fall, it damn hurts at the moment. But you still maintain the overall framework of an enjoyable experience.
Something profound begins to happen. Health gradually stops being the center of your attention. It quietly becomes the foundation from which you live.
If I were asked to provide the outcome of living in a state of total health in a single word, it would definitely be:
FREEDOM!
Your energy goes into creating, exploring and living - not into constantly dealing with health concerns.
It's
It's
(sounds odd? of course one can love even when experiencing health hardships, but we all know that when our health is deprived, our soul is not really devoted to love, but rather to the inner struggle).
With that foundation comes a quiet
It's that
And with confidence comes
While far too many live with an overcasting dark cloud of health issues, one who lives total health has a

When our body remains out of balance for long periods of time, it affects far more than the body itself.
It drains our energy, our enthusiasm, and often even our joy for life.
Living from a state of total health allows that energy to flow back naturally.
It restores vitality.
Just imagine living your dreams on turbo...
The pinnacle of every personal journey is finding one's inner purpose and fulfillment and being able to design a life through choices and witness that design manifest in every way.
Because health was never the destination.
It was always the foundation.
From that foundation, everything becomes possible.
The freedom to truly dare and be YOU.
Our first conversation is about understanding you - not just your health.
Before we dive into the intricate details that may be occupying your mind, we'll look at the bigger picture.
Together, we'll build an integrative framework that helps us understand the paradigms shaping your health today, and those that are now seeking to evolve.
We'll explore how you currently relate to your body, your health, and ultimately, to yourself.
What deeper patterns quietly influence your choices every day?
Those patterns become the foundation of everything that follows.
Only then do we begin looking at the specific details.
Because every recommendation, every decision, and every practical step makes far more sense once it's connected to who you are, rather than being treated as an isolated solution.
My role is to open doors.
You choose whether to walk through them.
I am not here to replace your physician or other healthcare professionals.
I help you become
Not the expert.
Not the one who knows everything.
But the leader. One who learns to ask better questions, make wiser choices, and ultimately decide what is right for you.
Together, we'll strengthen your ability to listen to your body, trust your inner knowing, and integrate it with professional knowledge, research, and medical advice.
In a world overflowing with information,
another important part of our work is bringing
and help you to develop
And throughout that journey...
I'll be walking beside you.
Not leading your life.
But helping you become
The goal is not for you to depend on my judgment.
The goal is for you to gradually trust your own.
That is where the journey back home truly begins.
Our work is about gradually adopting
That means much more than understanding a philosophy.
Together, we'll uncover limiting beliefs, misleading concepts, and inhibiting patterns that quietly shape your daily choices.
Then we'll gradually cultivate new ways of thinking, choosing, and living that naturally support your health.
Real transformation happens through experience!
This is
It is practical.
Sessions usually include conversations.
Some will involve guided inner work.
Sometimes through the body.
And at times, through movement, sound, meditation, or specific practical exercises.
Each element is chosen for one core purpose:
To help you embody the change - not merely understand it.
When you become committed to your path, you will meet my commitment too.
It's my deep commitment to your well-being.
I will be direct with you.
Clear.
Honest.
I won’t round corners.
And I won't let things slide when I believe they truly matter.
You'll always have my tailwind and support.
Our work does not end when the session ends.
Actually, that's where it begins. You will be asked to practice what we uncover in between sessions.
I am available to you in between sessions - present, responsive, involved.
In your daily life.
Where you begin to practice, apply, and live what we uncover.
Understand how I work, what to expect, and how the journey unfolds.
