Give Your Audience Something Worth Taking Home.

Keynote presentations that challenge assumptions, move hearts, and invite people to look at themselves and the choices they make, in a different light.

Long after the applause has faded.

Committed to you.
Dedicated to your audience.

When you invite me to speak, you place your trust in me.
I recognize that responsibility from our very first conversation.

From the moment we begin planning, I keep my schedule flexible around your event, allowing room for the unexpected.

It's about understanding the purpose of your event, the people in the room, and what you hope they'll carry with them when they leave.

Only then do I step onto the stage, fully committed to serving your vision, and deeply dedicated to the people who have entrusted their time to your event.

I don't see rows of seats.
I see people.

Every audience is different.
But one thing never changes.
The first thing I seek is a human connection.

The moment I step onto the stage, I begin looking into people's eyes.
Because that's where everything begins.

I don't see rows of seats.
I see people.

I see them at eye level, and they feel it immediately.

I listen.

To their eyes.
To their breathing.
To their movement.

Every room has its own energy.
Every audience reveals the doorway through which they'll best receive the message.

Once I feel that doorway, I know where I want to lead them.
And together, we begin the journey.

For me, a keynote isn't about delivering information.
It's about creating an experience people live through together.

The invisible line between stage and audience dissolves into a shared human experience.
The door is always open for people to express themselves, whenever the moment feels right.

When the talk ends, the conversation rarely does.

People continue talking while still there, and on the way home.
They remember a story.
A question.
A realization.
Sometimes a single sentence keeps returning to them days later.

Walking off the stage, I know my work is done when they leave with a different way of looking at themselves, at each other, and the choices they make.

Why Speaking Feels Like Home

Speaking has always been both a passion and a journey for me.

I've spent forty years speaking to very different kinds of people.

  • Scientists.
  • Students.
  • Professionals.
  • Workshop participants.
  • Large audiences.

And somewhere along the way, I discovered that my real passion isn't information.
It's people.

I discovered that one of my greatest assets, is my ability to bridge between worlds.

Between science and people.
Between deep concepts and practical life.
Between the holistic and the highly focused.

I love moving between those worlds.

This focus on people taught me to sense what a room needs before deciding where to take it.

Combining a grounded presence with meeting people at eye level allows me to lead a room with clarity, warmth, and intention.

I'll never forget something a young musician once said to me.

After one of my workshops, he came over, smiling, and said,
"You know what's so special about you, Ben? You always deliver."

Those words have stayed with me ever since.
They remind me of the responsibility I carry every time I stand in front of people.

From the first conversation.

For me, our collaboration begins with the very first conversation, not the day of the event.
That's the foundation of everything that follows.

I only commit when I'm confident I can truly serve your event.
In any other case, I will be honest with you and respectfully decline the opportunity.

The moment I commit to your event, I'm already thinking about the people who will be sitting in the room, and the experience we're about to create together.

Our collaboration will always be carried out through open, clear and honest communication.
Effective communication creates great events.
I'm committed to that.

Together, we'll create a clear picture of the event's purpose, the audience characteristics, and the desired scope of the talk. Careful preparation gives me the freedom to handle unexpected changes throughout the event, without losing the experience we set out to create.

Once we're in the room, I let the audience show me the doorway through which they'll best receive the message.

The information I deliver is only the basic framework.

My deliverable is the audience's experience.

This approach allows me to prepare thoroughly while remaining completely flexible when the unexpected happens.

I take your time seriously.

Throughout our communication and planning, I will be concise and respect your resources.
At the event, I'm fully responsible to begin and conclude the session on time.
With that, I can provide full flexibility and dynamically adapt to a changed time-frame.

The keynote begins long before I step onto the stage.
It begins with the way we work together.

My deliverable is the audience's experience.

Different arenas. One underlying architecture.

Although my keynotes span diverse topics - from health and relationships to leadership and life mastery - they all explore the human systems through which we create our lives, our organizations, and our relationships.

Each keynote simply looks through a different window into the same deeper principles.

What most people consider to be their real life...
isn't their real life at all.

Dr. Ben Shomer

Why do so many people spend their lives searching...
and still feel that something essential is missing?

We search for love, recognition, happiness, abundance...
Yet we often feel we still lack control over our life.

Imagine standing at a breathtaking viewpoint, looking through a fixed binocular...
only to discover it is pointed at the ground. You immediately realize you're looking in the wrong place.

We assume life is happening out there...
while overlooking the one place from which every experience, every choice, every relationship, and every possibility truly emerges.

Your real life happens within an internal domain - your domain of presence.

It is there that your true power, effectiveness, and capacity to master your life reside.

The external environment simply responds to that domain.

The world around us is where life is expressed.
It is not where OUR life is lived.

From this perspective, life is no longer about trying to control circumstances.

It becomes the ongoing practice of consciously cultivating the Domain of Presence from which every circumstance is perceived and met.

The Domain of Presence becomes the foundation from which every choice in response to life's circumstances emerges.

The result is a life lived with greater clarity, freedom, happiness, effectiveness and peace.

A life in which health, relationships, leadership, creativity and fulfillment become natural expressions of the same underlying architecture.

Whether speaking to executives, educators, entrepreneurs, community leaders or emerging leaders, this keynote invites participants to reconsider one of the most important questions they may ever ask:

What if the changes you are trying to create... are focused in the wrong place?

And what if the only thing that can truly be mastered amidst the chaos... lies within?

Life under construction.

Most conversations about health begin with disease.

This keynote begins with a far more foundational question:

What is health?

And what does it actually mean to be healthy?

Rather than presenting health as the absence of illness, or as something entrusted primarily to external authorities, this keynote invites participants to rediscover health as something they actively create through the way they perceive themselves, make choices, and ultimately lead their lives.

It is not a talk about diets, supplements or medical advice.

It is a talk about ownership.

About becoming the primary creator of health as a state of being.

Health is a state of being

Dr. Ben Shomer

Participants discover why information alone rarely changes lives, and how a profound shift in perspective transforms every health-related choice we make.

Rather than replacing science or professional expertise, this perspective gives them their proper place: as valuable resources within a life that remains deeply and consciously self-led.

The result is a quieter, more confident and attentive relationship with one's own body.
Not the confidence that nothing will ever challenge our health, but the quiet certainty that whatever life brings, we remain its primary creators.

A relationship grounded in personal responsibility, growing clarity, and the lived experience of becoming the primary architect of one's own well-being.

Whether speaking to executives, educators, healthcare professionals, community leaders or the general public, this keynote is thoughtfully adapted to the audience while remaining grounded in one fundamental question:

What if health is not something we have... but something we continuously create?

Most talks about relationships focus on issues such as communication, conflict, intimacy, or ways to strengthen the relationship.

This keynote begins with a far more foundational question:

What is a relationship?

Rather than focusing primarily on what happens between two people, this keynote invites participants to explore a deeper perspective that transforms the way they understand what a relationship truly is.

How we answer that question matters far more than the way we communicate or resolve conflict. It changes the very foundation upon which every healthy relationship is established.

Participants discover that a relationship is far more than the interactions between two people. It is a shared domain they consciously create, and whose quality is shaped by the way they maintain it.

From this new perspective, communication, intimacy, conflict, and trust are no longer seen as isolated challenges, but as natural expressions of the quality of that mutual domain.

This keynote begins with who we are within a relationship, rather than how we manage it.

The core of every genuinely healthy relationship begins with recognizing that each partner is a whole, fully present, independent person.

The core of every genuinely healthy relationship begins with recognizing that each partner is a whole, fully present, independent person.

Dr. Ben Shomer

Only then can two people truly thrive together, co-creating within their mutual space without either one losing themselves.

Neither exists to complete, rescue, appease, change, or redefine the other

True freedom is not the opposite of a healthy relationship. It is the foundation of one.

It is the freedom to remain fully yourself while consciously choosing to share your life with another.

The result is a relationship grounded in a strong, consciously created and maintained mutual domain, from which communication, trust, intimacy, emotional resilience, friendship, co-creation, and the fullest expression of love naturally emerge.

Love is not what sustains the relationship.
Love is naturally expressed withing a consciously maintained mutual domain.

The journey of a leader begins with a clear choice to become one.

Dr. Ben Shomer

Communication, delegation, negotiation, emotional intelligence and conflict management are all valuable leadership skills.

Integrity, resilience, openness, humility and the ability to listen are all valuable qualities of a leader.

Leadership is not the sum of leadership skills and qualities.

So, what is leadership?

Leadership is not an action.

Leadership is a state of being.

It begins with a choice to become a public leader.

A choice to hold a vision greater than oneself, and to hold it steadily enough for others to see it, resonate with its truth, and choose to walk toward it.

That choice lays the foundation for the becoming.

Through that choice, one becomes increasingly aligned with their true self. The vision then, becomes a steady horizon for the journey ahead.

The leader’s skills and qualities contribute to the coherence and steadiness with which that vision is held and expressed. Others who resonate with its truth begin to align themselves with it.

They do so by free choice.

The result is not merely the performance of leadership, but the becoming of a leader:

Aligned. Coherent. Trustworthy. Present.

A leader capable of holding a steady domain in which others can resonate with the vision and freely choose to follow.

Whether speaking to executives, educators, entrepreneurs, community leaders or emerging leaders, this keynote invites participants to reconsider one of the most important questions they may ever ask:

What if leadership is not something we do... but someone we become?
