All you need to know about the transformational process with Ben.

How We Work Together.

A practical overview of our mentoring process.
What you can expect.

Before We Begin.

Is this process right for you?

When this process works best.

  • If you genuinely CHOOSE to improve or transform something in your life.
  • You don't need to know how to make that change happen.
  • You may not even know exactly what needs to change yet.
  • You may feel uncertain, or even afraid, about taking the first step. That's OK.
  • You're willing to stay curious and open, and allow me to guide the process.
  • You don't need to impress me.
  • You don't need to have the right words.
  • You only need to come as you are.

If that's where you are today, you have my full commitment.

When we may not be the right fit.

We probably won't be the right fit if:

  • You don't yet feel you can place your trust in me as your mentor.
  • You're seeking quick techniques instead of genuine transformation.
  • You're sure you already know what needs to be done.

In that case, I'm not the right mentor for you.

We Work In a Safe Space.

Before anything else, this is the foundation of our work together.

From the moment we choose to begin this journey, we consciously create a safe space between us.

In that safe space:

  • I will never judge you, even if others do, or you judge yourself.
  • Whatever you carry within you has a place here, no matter how painful, confusing, or difficult it may feel.
  • I accept you exactly as you are.
  • I'll always be open and honest with you, and meet you at eye level.
  • Everything we share remains completely confidential.

This is a place where you never have to pretend, or defend yourself.
You can simply be yourself.

No matter what.

This is a place where you never have to pretend, or defend yourself.
You can simply be yourself.

No matter what.

Our First Meeting.

Our first meeting is mainly about finding the right place to begin.

Every person arrives with a different story.
And every journey begins in a different place.

When we first meet, we explore together what is seeking your attention beneath the surface.

You don't need to know exactly what needs attention.
You just come as you are.
There is nothing you need to prepare.
Nothing you need to prove.
We'll begin exactly where you are today.

As we speak, I'm listening far beyond your words.

I'm paying attention to the patterns that emerge between your words...
to your emotions,
perspectives,
what you repeat,
what you avoid,
and the subtle messages that are often expressed without words.

Most people leave the first meeting seeing something they hadn't seen before, or feeling what they hadn't felt before.

Sometimes we uncover a deeply held belief that has quietly influenced your life for years.

Sometimes we discover the real cause behind a recurring struggle.

Sometimes it's simply a completely new way of looking at a situation.

Quite often, the very first meeting already changes the way people see and understand themselves.

How We Work Together.

The meetings.

Every meeting is unique.

There's no fixed structure.
We always begin by connecting what unfolded since our previous meeting with where you are today.

Yet within that continuity, every meeting still feels like a first encounter.
New observations, perspectives, and experiences.
Together, we work with whatever naturally emerges.

My role is to guide the process.

Sometimes I ask difficult questions.
Sometimes I simply listen.
Sometimes I challenge you.
Sometimes I remain silent.

But you'll always feel my presence with you.

My approach to mentoring is to open doors.
You choose whether to step through them or not.
I'll never judge your choices.

Meeting Length.

Each meeting unit is one hour.

Longer sessions are possible whenever we feel they'll better serve the process.

When working in-person, we will determine the structure of our 8 hours days according to your needs and abilities.

Meeting Frequency.

You set the pace of your own journey.

Based on years of experience, I usually recommend meeting once a week.

You're always free to choose a different rhythm.

The longer the time between meetings, the more important it becomes to remain engaged with the work between sessions.

I generally don't recommend intervals longer than three weeks, as the continuity of the process begins to fade.

There may also be times when you'll benefit from meeting more frequently.

How Many Sessions Do You Need?

This is one of the most common questions I get.
The honest answer is: I don't know.
It's obviously highly individual.

Every person arrives with a different life story, different challenges, and a different pace of growth.

Some people process change very quickly.
Others need more time for things to settle.

I can state and guarantee one thing:
As long as you feel our work continues to support your growth
and as long as you can sustain it (time, resources, etc.),
I will continue to support you.

I'll never decide for you when the journey should end.
And I'll never encourage you to continue simply for the sake of continuing.

Ultimately, you are responsible for every aspect of your journey.
I'm here to guide, support, and make suggestions whenever they serve you.

In Between Sessions.

Most meetings naturally continue beyond the session itself.
Sometimes it's a practical action.
Just as often, it's practicing a new way of seeing, choosing, responding, or becoming aware of recurring patterns.

The real process happens between sessions.

Every experience between meetings becomes something we can explore together.
Instead of speaking in theories, we work with your real life.

The more you engage with the process, the more we can accomplish together.

My Ongoing Support.

I'm available to you when in need, between the sessions.

If you encounter a difficulty, feel stuck, or simply need to share something important, you don't have to wait until our next meeting.

This ongoing support often makes a meaningful difference in the journey.

What is Expected From You?

Simply be yourself. Your real self.

Come exactly as you are.

Come with openness and honesty.
There's nothing you need to prove.
No role you need to play.
No image you need to maintain.
Simply willing to explore your path with courage.

You don't need to prepare anything.

You don't need to have it all figured out.

Just be.

What happens when things become challenging?

There may be times when this process feels challenging.

You won't go through those moments alone.

Feeling challenged doesn't mean you're moving in the wrong direction.
Quite often, it means the opposite.

When something becomes challenging, it's often a sign that we've touched something important.
Those moments often mark the beginning of meaningful change.
What initially feels uncomfortable often becomes the doorway to profound transformation.

One of my favorite reminders comes from Rabbi Nahman of Breslov:

Remember, you'll never be faced with an obstacle beyond your power to surmount.

Meeting Online or In Person.

When circumstances allow, I generally prefer working on-site.

Why?

Because nothing replaces sharing the same physical space.
It allows us to work with the fullest range of possibilities, respond to subtle nuances, and create a deeply focused environment.

Online mentoring, however, is remarkably effective.

It offers flexibility, saves travel time, and allows us to continue working together regardless of where in the world you are.

Online meetings take place over Zoom.

While some experiential work naturally benefits from being physically together, meaningful transformation is absolutely possible online.

Many of my mentoring relationships have developed almost entirely this way.

Whenever circumstances allow, my favorite approach is combining the two.

Periodic in-person meetings, supported by regular online sessions in between.

Continuing Your Journey.

At some point, you may feel you've reached a place where you no longer need regular mentoring.

That decision will always be yours alone.

That doesn't mark the end of your journey.
It simply marks the beginning of walking it more independently.

Many people choose to return from time to time—when life presents a new challenge, an important decision, or simply when they feel another conversation would serve them well.

Our mentoring journey may come to an end.

But a genuine human, loving connection doesn't have to.

It is built on trust, respect, shared growth, and genuine care.

My door will always remain open to you.

My greatest wish for you
is independence
and true freedom.

So, here's what I suggest now...
