The Dynamics Of A Coaching Process Evolution.

Our Initial Encounter.

In our first encounter, we take the opportunity to acquaint ourselves. Naturally, you will share the challenges you are facing. I'll be listening not only to your verbal description but also to the unspoken narrative between your words and your body language.
I will pose clarifying questions and share ideas to help you gain a deeper understanding of the root causes of your challenges. Meeting with me is akin to holding a mirror - revealing aspects of yourself you may not have been conscious of before. Once we grasp your needs, we can initiate your journey.

I do not align with the common notion of "setting goals," and here's why:

Setting a goal engages your masculine quality (irrespective of gender), narrowing your focus to reach a specific target and missing the holistic perspective crucial for your journey.
Fixing a precise goal at the outset may divert attention from identifying the true underlying causes hidden behind that goal.
Most goals set in personal coaching are not easily quantifiable. It's unlikely that you'll wake up one morning, look at the mirror, and say, "Hey, today I have achieved my goal."
Some goal settings can be misleading. For instance, in the total health path, you might decide that your goal is to lose 40 pounds. While this is a commendable objective, it might misguide you. Your total health is measured by a range of factors beyond just weight. You might lose weight, consider the goal accomplished, and later regain the weight if the approach was flawed and did not address the true causes (rest assured, I will not let that happen)).

This does not mean you will not report back and take full responsibility for your effort and transformation. However, the reporting will delve into your emotions, shifts in how you handle life challenges, and potential setbacks between our sessions.

In our very first session, we are likely to begin delving into one of your core issues.

The Session: Engaging Diverse Approaches.

My approach is far from conventional; it's holistic and drawn from various methodologies and belief systems, resulting in a multifaceted strategy. I have melded my Western scientific approach with ancient Eastern philosophies to provide a comprehensive view of human existence and well-being.

Sessions encompass a blend of conversation, emotional processing, energy work, experiential exercises, movement, and touch therapy where needed and possible.

There is no rigid "work by the book" sequence or methodical order in this process. Imagine it like a skilled mechanic with an array of tools - the tool chosen is based on the task at hand and its often unexpected course.

Naturally, the possibilities differ between online and on-site sessions, which will be discussed below.

Throughout our sessions, we address a spectrum of issues. We delve into identifying root causes, shifting paradigms, establishing principles, healing emotional wounds, dispelling limiting beliefs, and balancing your energy.

The True Progress Happens Between Sessions.

It is imperative to understand that a significant portion of your progress occurs between your sessions. When we meet, I will assign various tasks and exercises. Some mental, others behavioral or physical. Regardless of the practice type, it should elicit responses, both internally and from your environment, and it will yield results.

The foundation of your process lies in your comprehension and commitment — understanding that you are solely responsible for its success.If, for any reason, you neglect the practices, I won't pass judgment, but I will emphasize their importance and encourage you to engage in them next time.

Your progress won't advance optimally if you rely solely on what transpires during our sessions. Action must be taken.

As long as you find value and can accommodate the process within your life (time, resources, etc.), I am here to support you every step of the way.

Upon Reaching a Pivotal Milestone in Your Journey, you have the option to schedule a concluding session.
This is not the end of the road but a checkpoint of your progress. Even after reaching this point, many of my clients choose to return for occasional enhancement sessions when they feel it would be beneficial.

Our connection extends beyond the coaching journey; It is a life-long commitment and a loving relationship, built on trust and growth, regardless of physical presence.

 

Working Online Vs. Working On-Site.

When it comes to leveraging my full array of tools and capabilities for a process, nothing surpasses the focused and concentrated approach of on-site work. The ability to be fully present, to detect subtle nuances, and to employ techniques such as experience-based exercises, movement, touch therapy, and energy therapy is unparalleled.

However, on-site sessions are not always feasible. They are naturally more expensive and demand a greater time commitment.

On-site sessions can be held either at a location near you or at your home or office, depending on your circumstances, preferences, and possibilities.

Online sessions offer tremendous flexibility, time efficiency, and cost-effectiveness. They enable you to allocate a specific time in your busy schedule and make the most of it. Online sessions can be conducted from almost anywhere globally, even outdoors or while traveling. They are easier to plan and fit into both our schedules.

Although online work may seem primarily conversation-based, in my case, it involves emotional and energetic work and support. The energetic work can be performed from a distance, and rest assured, it is incredibly effective!
Experiential work is somewhat limited online. However, particularly on the relationship path, there are still valuable opportunities for it.

Online sessions are typically conducted via Zoom.

The most recommended approach is a blend of periodic on-site sessions with online sessions in between.

Frequently Asked Questions.

The duration of a process is entirely in your hands, based on your needs, capabilities, and choices. It's also determined by how high you aim your arrow. I will always be there to support your journey as long as you find the process valuable, contributing - and you can sustain it.

Often, clients reach a point where they feel a sense of accomplishment and believe they can continue independently. This realization comes from within.

If, at any point, I sense that the process isn't as effective as it could be, I will communicate this to you. Ultimately, the decision to adjust and continue or conclude the process lies with you.

The duration varies widely and is highly individual. I've had clients who moved mountains in just 6-8 sessions, and others who endured a 6-10 year journey (and all shades in between).

In my experience, once a week is optimal. However, this can vary based on your needs and circumstances (time, finances). During certain phases, like the beginning of your journey or during crucial times, some clients prefer more frequent sessions. If you choose a lower frequency (e.g., once every 2-3 weeks), it is your responsibility and commitment to actively uphold that golden thread connecting sessions and sustain your practices during the intervening periods.

The success of the process involves a dual perspective.

From my end, I assure you wholehearted dedication, unwavering support, and a professional approach founded on solid principles. However, this alone is not sufficient.

Your success is fundamentally shaped by your commitment, dedication, and surrendering to my mentoring. The progress you make is a direct result of your actions and engagement between our sessions.

The magnitude of your challenges is not a defining factor. I continue to guide individuals who have faced unimaginable adversity in their lives. Although it may require more time to address and heal their issues, their journey is considered successful as they are determined in their quest to enhance their lives and well-being.

Your progress in this journey cannot be distilled into numbers or achieved objectives. While you might reach a specific measurable goal, its worth can diminish without a fundamental shift in your mindset.

Progress is a subjective evaluation, a joint endeavor between us. I'll gauge your advancement based on shifts in your paradigms, altered habits, and improved resilience compared to your starting point. Moreover, your interactions with the world and your emotional awareness will help assess your progress.

You will develop an enhanced awareness of your emotions, overall well-being, relationships, and versatility in managing challenges, providing a holistic view of your journey.
