Life Transformation: Shlomo Shoham's Experience with Dr. Ben Shomer

For over two decades I have known my colleague, Dr. Ben Shomer, as one of the best, most professional mentors, teachers and speakers.

I view Dr. Ben Shomer as a steadfast companion on the shared journey of personal and professional growth. A wise teacher, initiative, proactive and provocative, a man I count on with closed eyes. Since the day I have known Ben, I loved his daring and wisdom together with his modesty.

He's an autodidact, non-conformist independent thinker who walks his own individual path and walks his talk. I learned to recognize in him a highly regarded, reliable, trustable, skilled master. In his personal process work he presents an extremely sharp analysis. He has a profound in-depth observational and contemplation abilities and he detects and understands processes in their early germination stages.

Ben approaches his work with unwavering courage, never compromising his integrity or abandoning his commitment to touch the truth even when it hurts. As a collaborator and companion to the path, I had numerous opportunities to lead with Ben various audiences. He stimulates and excites his audience, while paving the transformation path for them.

Ben has been an invaluable collaborator in quite a few of my leading projects along the years. He is one of the leading teachers in the Sustainable Global Leadership Academy (SGLA) that I have established and conduct. He is an inspiring, transformational leader and teacher of leadership. Students love his teaching and provide wonderful feedback. Ben's "Mandala Project" is one of the revolutionary ideas to which I was exposed over the past few years.
